1. Introduction
This feature allows you to configure recertification for procedures.
2. Accessing Recertification Notifications
When it's time for recertification, the viewer user will receive an email notification. Upon logging into the application, the user will also see a notification at the top of the screen. Click on this notification to start the recertification process.
3. Initiating Recertification
After clicking on the notification, the user will be directed to a page displaying all instructions due for recertification. Under each instruction, the user has the following options:
a. Viewing Due Instructions
Click on "See Procedures" to see the list of all Procedures that are due for recertification, along with their due dates.
b. Launching Recertification Procedure
Click on the specific instruction to launch the recertification procedure.
Follow the steps outlined in the procedure to complete it.
c. Completing the Recertification
After launching the recertification procedure, follow the prompts to complete the recertification.
Once the procedure is finished, the completion is automatically marked.
4. Tracking Recertification Completion
The completion of recertification is tracked for reporting purposes:
Reports for Authors/Admins: Authors and administrators can access reports to view the status of recertification for instructions, including completion details and due dates.

Q: Can a viewer user view all instructions due for recertification in one place?
A: Yes, by clicking on "View Instructions" in the notification, the user can see a list of all instructions due for recertification.
