This is version 2.7. This has new capabilities and bug fixes as noted below.

What's New

· Procedure Periodic Review Workflow

On-demand of our users, we are thrilled to introduce a new feature, Periodic Review, that empowers authors to set the review cadence for procedures as per their compliance policy. This feature ensures that the procedure content remains relevant and effective over time by prompting periodic reviews.

Author users can set the review cadence for the procedure after publishing. They can define intervals based on their organization's needs, ensuring that content is regularly revisited and updated.
The reviewer will receive automated notifications when it’s time for a periodic review.
Reviewers can leave comments for the author in a streamlined review process. Easily access procedure marked to review and follow guided steps to make updates, revisions, or confirm content is relevant.
Track changes made during each periodic review to ensure compliance, traceability, and a comprehensive audit trail.

· Recertification Workflow

We are excited to announce a new feature to recertify the workforce. This feature is designed to streamline the process of recertifying the workforce keeping them proficient and compliant.

Authors can define which procedures are required for recertification with the definition of recertification intervals to align with internal compliance requirements.
Viewers will receive automated notifications when their certifications are due for recertification. Ensuring staying ahead of expirations and ensuring timely renewals.
Easily track progress with certification status in reporting.

· Seamless enterprise login with Single Sign On (On-Demand)

This feature simplifies user authentication, providing a seamless and secure login experience. Users can now access the Mentor seamlessly using their existing corporate credentials without the need for additional login credentials. This eliminates the need for managing multiple sets of passwords and giving access with a single click.

Enhancements

Enhanced the Procedure’s Reference Documents feature with multiple document attachment functionality allowing users to upload up to 10 documents

Bug Fixes

Smaller parts inside a larger part are now getting highlighted by multi-selecting them

Known Issue

GLTF, and GLB file formats for importing are not loading up in Studio
Textures and material mismatch from the original import file to Studio studio-rendered
Thumbnail images are not displayed on the work instruction page
