This is version 2.3. This has new capabilities and bug fixes as noted below.

What's New

· GLTF and GLB file for import enabled

We are excited to announce the latest update to our software, introducing support for importing GLTF and GLB file formats. With this update, you can now effortlessly import GLTF (GL Transmission Format) files directly in Mentor. This retains the geometry and textures of the GLTF and GLB files during import process. Our software is optimized to handle GLTF and GLB files efficiently, ensuring smooth rendering and performance even with complex models and high resolution textures. Experience faster load times, quicker previews and a responsive environment while working with imported GLTF and GLB files.

· Set Time Required for the Procedure

Now you can set the required time for each procedure, enabling better planning and resource allocation. This new feature allows you to set the estimated time required for performing the procedure. This is useful for tracking at procedure level. Simply, while creating procedure you can input the estimated time manually in HH MM SS format. For existing procedures, edit the procedure and edit the values as per your requirement. This information can be accessed through intuitive reports and analytics dashboard.

· Revoke access to procedure

With this latest update, you can remove the access of trainees from procedures, providing enhanced administrative flexibility. This allows administrators to revoke access for trainees who no longer require access to specific procedures. By revoking access for trainees who have completed or are in progress will also delete their procedure statistics or data collected from the system.

Enhancements

Document ID field if used while creating procedure is now enabled for search

Bug Fixes

Fade effect loss on saving animation when rotation is used along with fading effect

Known Issue

Textures and material mismatch from original import file to Studio rendered
Unable to apply texture and bump map in studio sometimes
In Studio, uploading PDF files under multimedia with size larger than 5MB are not allowing to save procedure in studio
Thumbnail image are not getting displayed in work instruction page
Mobile view: step with multiple images will not be able to navigate from first image to rest
