Trainee View - How to sort and filter Work Instructions?

Once you have completed a search of the work instructions, use the “Sort” button to display results in alphabetical or chronological order. 

Step 1: Locate the “Sort” Button and click to show options by “Date Added” or “Alphabetical”

Step 2: select sort option by either “Date Added” or “Alphabetical”

Step 3: Click the “Filter” Button

Once you have located the “Filter” button, click on it to filter search results.

• Filter Options:
• CAD File Upload Failed
• 3D Model Conversion Failed
• Preparing 3D Model
• 3D Model Ready

After you have successfully searched, sorted and filtered the work instructions available to you, the page will display your desired search results.
